Account Page

The account page contains all of your personal and company profile information. It also allows you to add payment methods and additional account administrators.

Project Dashboard

The project dashboard displays all your projects as Project Cards. On this page, you can sort and search for specific projects, create new projects, and view the Global Itinerary for all current flights. If there are a lot of projects, this page paginates; you can scroll down through them.

Project Card

A project card is simply a project. You can create projects on the Project Dashboard. Once you create a project, you will name it and choose a destination for the trip.

Global Itinerary

The panel on the right side of the Project Dashboard displays the flight status of all existing flights on any project on the day the user is logged in. This panel paginates, which means you can scroll down through the flights.

People Page

This is a page listing all of your traveler profiles. You can reach this by clicking on 'Travelers' on the navigation bar or menu at the top. You can search for existing profiles, edit existing ones, or add new ones on this page by clicking 'Add Traveler,' which will take you to the Add Traveler Page.

Add Traveler Page

When you click Add Traveler on the People Page, you will be taken to the Add New Traveler modal, where you can create a profile by adding the required data.

Traveler Profile

This is the expanded view of the traveler profile, where you can add and save traveler details such as required personal information, loyalty programs, travel preferences, and travel documents.

Traveler List

When you create your traveler profiles on the People Page, this list of travelers is called your Traveler List. From here, you can add travelers to a project and view them.

Project View

This is the label given to the project once you have added all your travelers and are ready to search for flights. Each traveler is displayed as a Trip Card, which will house one or more flights (or Flight Cards) for each traveler. You can search and filter for trip cards/travelers on this page and add more travelers to the project.

Trip Card

The trip card is essentially a traveler and all their flights in the project. You can add extra flights, edit a profile, and search for one-way and round-trip flights within this card. You can also delete a trip card, removing the traveler from the project.

Flight Card

A flight card is one individual one-way or round-trip flight in a Trip Card. For example, if a traveler has two flights in their Trip Card for a project, each will be represented as an individual flight box or card. You can view flight details within the flight card and change the flight by initiating a new search by clicking Change Flight. You can also delete the flight card by clicking delete once your new search has been undertaken. Once you have all your flight cards filled with desired flights, click "Book All Selected Flights."

Flight Card Detail

This term describes the details you see when you expand a chosen flight on a flight card. Expanding the flight card will give you all of the departure and arrival details of the flight and its carrier.

Search Results Page

This refers to the page displaying the flight search results once you have chosen to search a traveler's flight options. You will see a Flight Search bar at the top of the page, which allows you to change the search (which will produce a new set of 50 flight search options if available) or delete the flight (which will take you back to the Project View).

Flight Search

The search bar at the top of the Search Results Page allows users to search for new options.

Flight Fare Card

Once you have chosen a flight option from the flight search page and clicked on it, you will see the flight fare options for that flight displayed within this box. Within a flight fare, you will then see the Fare Details.

Fare Details

The details of the individual fare include details about baggage, seat selection, priority boarding, free change, and carry-on baggage. From inside the flight fare detail, you can also choose to select Refundable Options. The fare will default to a Non-Refundable fare.

Refundable Options

Within a Fare Detail, you will see a checkbox that allows you to choose a refundable option for the fare displayed. If available, checking that box will select the refundable option for that fare.

Have more travelers for this flight? - Button

This button within the Flight Fare Card allows the traveler to add more travelers to a flight (if they still need to be on a chosen flight). The caveat is that you can only add four travelers to one flight, and it is not guaranteed that all four will be booked. You can lower the chances of failure with this option by choosing a flight without limited seats.

Limited Seat alert

This alert will appear on a fare if there are three or fewer available seats on any leg of a flight fare. It alerts the traveler that there may be a chance this fare will not be available at purchase, depending on the time it takes to complete the purchase on all travelers in a project.

Confirm Flight Details

This page will display your Traveler Grid of desired flights for all travelers. From this page, you can select travelers to proceed with your purchase, sort the traveler list, view loyalty membership and seat preference, select seats for your travelers and their flights, and view the total price of your chosen flights. You can then click "Purchase for $."

Post-Booking

Purchase Screen

You will be sent to this screen once you have chosen to purchase your flights. From here, you can add a payment method (and an additional place to add from the Account Page), view taxes, fees, and charges for each flight in your Flight Receipt, and confirm the purchase, which will initiate booking and ticketing of all flights listed.

Flight Receipt

This is the panel on the right side of the purchase screen, which gives you all the pricing and flight details of your chosen flights. You can also look for further information about taxes, fees, and charges. This panel will be displayed before and after booking. Once the booking is complete, you can click "Back to project" to return to the project view, which displays booked flights or prompts the user to search for travelers where flights were unavailable.

Booking Detail

Clicking 'Booking Detail' on the Trip Card will bring you to the Booking Details page. This page displays all flights booked for this traveler under the Trip Card, including the record locator, confirmation number, and seat assignment. From this page, you can also cancel each flight (in most instances, canceling the flight within the 24-hour void window will initiate full reimbursement to the payment method except booking fees). You can also send travel details to a traveler by clicking "Send Travel Details." This will initiate an email to the traveler's email listed on their profile.

Itinerary Sidebar (Project Itinerary)

Similar to the Global Itinerary panel on the Project Dashboard, the Itinerary Sidebar in the project view displays the real-time ticketed flight status of all travelers in that specific project.

Itinerary Cards

The term is used to describe the individual itinerary details of each traveler in the Itinerary Sidebar.
