You can turn off the antivirus on your Mac (if you have one installed).
Locate the icon in the bottom right corner.
Right-click the program and look for something similar: disabling the shield or turning off protections.
Once you click it, you will be asked how long you wish to disable the security. Choose the time needed.
It may also ask you to confirm to disable.
Please first check your Mac applications for AdGuard. This is an ad blocker software on most Macs. It would prevent you from using a single-page application like Tripgrid. Here are the uninstall instructions.
Find the 'Finder' app by clicking on the respective icon.
You can go to the Applications section.
Find AdGuard, right-click it, and choose Move to Trash.
If any other ad blocker software is installed, you can just remove it.
(VPN and AdGuard can sometimes run in the background, and you may not know it.)
If you have a VPN enabled on your computer (you may not, so disregard this, but some people may not know they do), we want to disable it.
Choose the Apple menu, and system settings, then click VPN in the sidebar (you may need to scroll down).
You'll see the name of the VPN service (if there is one). Please turn that service off.

Add booking.tripgrid.com to that list.
One or several of these steps may fix the issue.
