Flight Confirmation, PO Number, and Seat Preference

This article will cover the 'Confirm Flight Details' page, selecting seat preferences for your travelers, and confirming your purchase.

Confirming Flight Details

Once you have chosen the flight options for your travelers, you will move into the 'confirm flight details' page. This page lists the flight details for each of your travelers, sorted automatically by the day of travel. The column headers include the traveler name, Flight Legs details, Fare Type, Loyalty Membership, Seat Preference, and Price. You can sort this information by departure time, Arrival time, Price (Highest to Lowest), Price (Lowest to Highest), and Traveler's Last Name. The price displayed for the flight is the total fare, including all taxes and fees.

Entering a PO Number

Before you can continue with the Booking process, you may be required to enter a PO Number. There is a field for this to the right of the name of the traveler. Until this field is filled in, the Purchase button will remain inactive.

Seat Preference

In the fifth column, there is a way to change the traveler's seat preference if this has not already been indicated on their profile.

Deselecting Flights

You have the option of deselecting a traveler on this page if you want to remove them from the purchase. Once you have clicked the check mark next to a specific traveler, they will no longer be included in the purchase confirmation.

Selecting Seats (IF AVAILABLE)

For those fare class options that do allow for seat selection, you can choose seats for each of your travelers from this page by clicking on the 'Select Seat' button. If your airline or fare class selection does not allow for seat selection, you will see an n/a displayed in this column.

Once you click on the 'Select Seat' button, there will be a small wait while the appropriate airline seat map is displayed. Once selected, the desired seat will be highlighted with your traveler's initials. You can then choose 'Save & return to Booking' or 'Save, next flight'.

Q. I have more then on traveler on the same flight, will I see both travelers on a seat map?
A. Yes, if you have chosen a seat for one traveler and you are choosing a seat for another traveler on the same flight, you will see both displayed on the seat map.

Note: Not all flights will have a seat map available. If this happens, you will receive a message indicating that the map is unavailable, and you can proceed to the next traveler. Once purchased, you have the option to use the record locator provided and select seats on the airline's website.

Once you have chosen all your travelers' seats and are satisfied with the flight details, select "Purchase for $xxxx.xx" at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the Purchase screen.
