User Account Types

Tripgrid has two types of billable user accounts that can login to the Tripgrid workspace.

Administrators have full control of the Tripgrid workspace. They can invite additional collaborators and delegate/remove administrator rights from other accounts. These users can also adjust settings such as the template fields on the trip data types or the tag groups and tag grouping options.

Collaborators can create/modify data in the Tripgrid workspace and generate documents and other outputs.

Traveler profiles contain information about the individuals that are tied to the travel data within in your Tripgrid workspace. Please note that users that only have a traveler profile in your workspace are not able to log in to Tripgrid.

The traveler profile directory, accessible from the left sidebar under People, allows you to search for specific traveler profiles.
