Accounts Page (Adding Users)

This article will describe the details and features of the Account page.

Tripgrid Accounts Page

You can see the menu items at the top of the projects page. The 'Account' option will take you to your Account page. This page lists your details and your company's details.

Currently, this page is mostly static, meaning you cannot make changes to it. If you wish to adjust any of the data on this page, please email support@tripgrid.com, and we will assist you.

You can reset your password on this page and log out of the application using the Log Out button.

Adding Additional Users

If you need to add additional users to your Company account, you can do so by clicking on the "Add Admin" button at the bottom of the list of Administrators.

Add their full name and email.

The new user will then receive an email from Tripgrid to reset their password. You should alert the user in advance so they do not delete this email notice.

Once they have reset their password, they can log in and begin using Tripgrid Booking.
