Email Traveler for Information
If you are missing vital profile information for a Traveler's profile and do not have that and wish to have the Traveler complete, you can choose to email the Traveler for the required information.
Choosing this option will send your traveler an email from Tripgrid that will provide them with a form to complete the missing information. Once they have completed editing the information within their profile you can log back in or refresh to see the completed profile.
NOTE: If you are testing this function and attempt to email a form to yourself while logged into the platform, it will show up to you as a blank page. You will need to email it to a contact outside of your computer or to an email opened in a separate incognito tab.
