Tripgrid offers users the ability to create standardized outputs using the Document Builder.
Tripgrid documents can be accessed digitally through shareable links or can be converted to PDFs. Using shareable links allows travelers to see the data without logging in or using a device with a PDF reader and provides them with the current state of the travel data within the document.

Please note that the authenticated user must be an administrator of your workspace to take the actions listed below.
Creating a Template from Settings Page
After signing into the Tripgrid workspace as an administrator, click the settings button on the left sidebar to open the settings page.
Find the "Document Templates" section in and click the "Create New Template" button. If you are trying to change an existing template, click the tile for the template to launch the Document Builder editor.
After making the desired updates, save the changes by navigating back to the settings page by clicking the back link on the top left of the editor toolbar or click the save icon on the top right.
Creating a Template from a Document
To create a document template from an existing document, open the desired document and look for the vertical ellipsis menu on the top right side of the editor toolbar.
Click the menu button and select "Save as Template".
Enter the desired template name and click "Save as new template".
Using a Document Template
Once you have created a template, it can be used to create a new document in the grid view page.
Deleting a Template
To delete a document template, open the desired template and look for the vertical ellipsis menu on the top right side of the editor toolbar.
Click the menu button and select "Delete Template".
Click "Delete It" to remove the template.
