Logging in for the first time:
Two ways to initially log in to the workflow platform are to fill out the sign-up form or be invited as a travel planner on an existing account.
Individual sign-up:
You can sign up by going to https://app.tripgrid.com/signup, completing the form, and clicking 'register.'
Travel Planner Invite:
Someone will invite you as a travel planner inside an existing account, triggering an email invitation. Tripgrid utilizes a password-less login system. You will receive an email asking you to log in. Please note that the login emails may tend to ‘stack’ in your inbox, so pay close attention to the date and time stamp in the upper right-hand corner and ensure you are using the correct login email. The subject line will also give you the date and time.
Click the blue ‘login’ button. If the blue login button does not take you to the application, copy the link at the bottom and paste it into a new tab in your browser to see if it will (some email protocols will prevent clicking out from a button).
Logging in yourself:
If you become logged out, you can log back in by going to app.tripgrid.com/login. This will take you to the login screen.
It will ask you to enter your email address (click the 'keep me logged in' button).
If you cannot log in:
Go to the settings icon on your Google browser (three dots at the top right corner). If you use another browser, you’ll want to find the settings for privacy and cookies.
2. Go down to Settings in the menu list.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Click on Security and Privacy.
5. Click on ‘cookies and other site data.’
6. Scroll down to "Sites that can always use cookies."
7. Click the "Add" button to the right.
8. Type in app.tripgrid.com
9. Click the 'Add' button to the right.
10. Exit out of the settings tab.
11. Don't clear cookies
12. Go into your email inbox and delete any old Tripgrid login emails (you can find them by searching for "Complete Tripgrid Login: in your search bar).
13. Now, you can retype app.tripgrid.com into your browser and try to log in again.
If you still cannot log in:
If you are dormant and inactive inside the application for long periods, you can experience issues getting back in. You will most likely see an error message when you click on the ‘login’ button on your email, which says, ‘Your session has expired.’
Email support@tripgrid.com or utilize the Intercom instant message application within the app. Someone will be with you as soon as possible, and there are further steps we can take inside the application to reset the login quickly.
