Support detailed locations within the application

You can find access to support information at two different locations within the application, including

  1. The Support menu option on the top toolbar within the Projects page

  2. Within the booking details page of any booking where 'Get Help' is indicated

Clicking "Support" or "Get Help" within either of these locations will bring up the Support Detail Modal, which provides details on how to reach our support via the toll-free help line or our support email.

BCD offers two types of support: software support and training on the application, as well as ticketing agent support if the application is unable to cancel or change a booking.
