You can find access to support information at two different locations within the application, including

Clicking Support or Get Help within either of these locations will bring up the Support Detail Modal, which will provide details on how to reach our support via the toll-free help line or our support email.

Tripgrid provides two types of support: software support and training on the application and ticketing agent support if the application cannot cancel or change a booking.

Tripgrid partners with Altour, an international Travel Management Company, to provide ticketing agent support for your flight bookings. Customers are under no obligation to utilize Altour for ticketing agent support. They can use the 6-character record locator code or airline confirmation code and contact the airline directly to make similar changes. That said, this is a service Tripgrid provides free of charge to our clients. In other words, if you contact our toll-free number and choose the option for ticketing support, you will reach an Altour agent who can make the required changes. You will be charged the airline change fees (like you usually would) but will not be charged a services fee from Altour or Tripgrid as you would typically see calling a travel management agency.

Each Tripgrid client is provided with a 5-digit PIN. This PIN will give you access to ticketing agent support 24x7x365. You will need to provide this PIN when you contact a ticketing agent, or they will be unable to help (they require this PIN to access your booking details).
