Document Block Types

Tripgrid documents are built from blocks. See the list below for the different block types and how they can be used.

Basic Blocks

Document Header

The document header is a multi-block element that can contain up to 4 blocks horizontally. Only simple basic blocks can be added to a document header. Often this is used for creating custom letterhead.

Text Header

Multi-line text input for header sections

Multi-line text input for body sections

Attachment

Allows user to upload a file attachment and download link for digital documents

Image

Displays an uploaded image in the document

Map

Allows user to input an address to display an interactive map for digital documents

Custom Table

Table that allows user to edit columns and cell values

Page Break

Forces a page break at designated location for PDF export

Profile Table

Users can add traveler profiles to this table to show contact information

Traveler Blocks

Schedule

Adds customizable schedule for selected user

Arrival Table

Adds customizable table for arrival flights

Departure Table

Adds customizable table for departure flights

Ground Transportation

Adds customizable table for arrival/departure flights with hotel address

Travel Blocks

Event Table

Adds customizable table for events

Flight Table

Adds customizable table for flights

Hotel Table

Adds customizable table for accommodations

Transportation Table

Adds customizable table for car rentals / transfers

Rail Table

Adds customizable table for rail trips
