Tripgrid Accounts Page
You can see the menu items at the top of the projects page. The 'Account' option will take you to your Account page. This page lists your details, those of your company and administrators, and the payment card currently being used for your bookings.
Currently, this page is mostly static, meaning you cannot make changes to it. If you wish to adjust any of the data on this page, please email support@tripgrid.com, and we will assist you.
You can reset your password from this page and you can log out of the application using the Log Out button.
Adding Additional Users
If you need to add additional users to your Company account, you can do so by clicking on the "Add Admin" button at the bottom of the list of Administrators.
Add their full name and email.
The new user will then receive an email from Tripgrid to reset their password. You should alert the user ahead of time so they do not delete this email notice.
Once they have reset their password, they can log in and begin using Tripgrid Booking.
Adding Credit Cards
You can also add and store Credit Card data within this application and enter a specific Name for the card. All card data is encrypted immediately upon entry (more information is provided in our article addressing security and encryption). These card options will be available upon checkout to execute the purchase.
